Attention All Families: All students must submit the grade appropriate, required Health Forms on or before the 1st day of school, or they will NOT be allowed to start school until it is complete.
Students entering Kdg, 6th and 9th Grades are required to submit a School Physical with Up-to-date immunizations, or Physician signed Medical or Religious Objection paperwork. 12th graders must be Up-to-date with two Meningitis immunizations, or one after their 16th birthday.
This change was implemented following the School Board adoption of this New 1st Day Exclusion Policy at their February 21, 2017, meeting. This is a change from the October 15 exclusion policy which was being followed previously.
