What materials are needed for registration?
In order to complete registration for enrollment in an AP course for the 2015-2016 school year, you will need to complete and turn in the following AP Packet materials with your course registration materials.
- Advanced Placement Course Registration Form
- Advanced Placement Enrollment Sheet
- Signed Affidavit
Please note, completion of these forms does not guarantee placement in the AP course.
All students taking and AP course must complete an AP Packet in order to be eligible for enrollment in the course.
All AP packets must be completed and turned in to your counselor no later than the deadline, February 12th. If not turned in, student will not be enrolled in an AP class.
